How can hanging out with people be  work?   That person enjoys what they do, that can't be work.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;      &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:6;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10;"&gt;However, dealing with church insurance, rental space, meeting with other pastors, brainstorming, meeting with our association, going to conferences, preparing for Sunday, preparing for sermons, placing ads in the paper, implementing leadership, meeting w/ the finance team, planning a mission trip, setting up service opportunities, taking classes, writing papers, sending emails, &amp;amp; juggling a family is tough.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:10;"&gt;It is easy to get overwhelmed &amp;amp; to worry, but God calls us to have a proper prospective.&lt;span style=""&gt;   I pray I don't let ministry suck the life out of me.   I pray I draw my strength from the  Lord and continually look to him.   I know many others can get overwhelmed with their to do list as well.
